Returns You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Important Notes – Products that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund. – Due to hygiene reasons, wearable items such as neck fans can only be returned if they are unused. – We do not charge restocking fees. – Final sale items cannot be returned.
